He got approved for parole in 2008. He is still here, because all of his parole plans failed.

He was trying to parole out of state to family. Sounds funny, but it's very sad. He is in here on a false charge. Sucks! So now he is trying to get a local address. He is a Mexican. He just wants to get back to his kids. This place sucks! Arkansas!
