Why is it not like a stamp? It should be. 2 cents costs 2 cents and a 42 cent stamp costs 42 cents. Simple and fair!
Today, I found out for sure about my time card. The 70% for 10 years means that I will do 5 years before I parole out. I am kind of in a state [emotional] right now. God, I hate this state [Arkansas]. I am very upset and don't want to think or write anymore.
